Fox Ridge State Park needs your support...

Through fundraising efforts and private donations, the Fox Ridge Foundation has made many purchases to benefit the park. In recent years, the Foundation provided the park with funds allocated to:

• Build the Goble Grove Shelter
• Improve Park Hiking Trails
• Publish Park Maps & Brochures
• Construct the Interpretive Pond
• Purchase Playground Equipment
• Enhance the Nature Center
• Pay Taxidermist costs for Display of Animals at the Nature Center
• Fund Tanning of Pelts for Hands-On Children Activities
• Fund Seasonal Intern/Interpreter at the Park (Summers: 2004-09)
• Purchase Bird Identiflyers & Cards for Interpreter Use
• Update Indigenous Bird, Tree and Plant Guides in Park
• Purchase Night Vision Goggles for Law Enforcement Activities
• Buy Nature Center Office Equipment (printer, scanners, laminators, misc. supplies, etc.)
• Provide Pop, Firewood and Ice
• Promote Conservation and Safety
